Once chips have been credited cancellations are not possible. If your chips have not been credited for any reason, please contact customer support, and your chips will be credited immediately. If your chips are not credited by any reason, you can cancel your payment by contacting the customer support team, and your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund Policy:

Once chips have been credited, refund is not possible. If your chips have not been credited for any reason, please contact customer support, and your chips will be credited immediately. If any reason your chips are not credited  you will be refunded. Remember if you are refunded even after the chips have been granted, your account will be frozen after paying your entire balance.
